The company was founded by its current director and owner Kendeas Kyriakou. Kendeas began his first steps in the construction business as a worker and along the way as a craftsman builder. Having aspirations for something more, along with the work he also started a training in order to acquire specialized knowledge in the construction sector, where over time he managed to work as a supervisor of technical projects (foreman).

After working for several years, gaining the proper experience and knowledge, in 1996 he decided to establish his own construction company, giving the name KE.PA.MA LTD, which emerged from the initials of the names of his sons.

In its first years, the company KE.PA.MA LTD was undertaking mainly small construction projects. Over the years, after building solid foundations, has achieved a steady and upward trend in the construction sector. Today, we have the experience and the license to construct entirely all technical projects that are classified up to the 2nd class projects (or up to B’ class projects).
